Beth Patterson

Masters of occthy, uq

Beth joined the Allied Health Network team in August 2021 and her focus is primarily working with adults with complex mental health disorders. She completed an undergraduate degree in Art History in 2004 and a master’s degree of occupational therapy from UQ in 2014.

Beth splits her time between practicing as an OT and teaching yoga at the Allied Health Network. She believes that there is a natural connection between OT, meditation and yoga especially in the mental health field. Her love for movement, meditation and mindfulness may also be attributed to her California roots and love for the outdoors. She brings a sense of lightness and positivity to her therapy sessions, and loves to talk about that one time she hiked from Mexico to Canada…

Beth runs the Allied Health Network yoga, pilates and meditation program, and welcomes clients of all ages and levels of experience to join her in moving their bodies and calming their minds.
